The Cisco Systems•San Jose Entrepreneur Center is a collaborative effort between the public sector, private industry and non-profit organizations to provide small business owners with the resources information and tools they need to be successful. Together, the sponsors and contributors have developed a one-stop location where start-up and existing businesses can come to fulfill all their needs-from financing to training to expert consulting to technology information and tools to the latest resources available on the market.

Expert advisors and Chamber representatives are on-site at the Center to advise and counsel you in the areas of business development, international trade, financing and procurement.

In the Center you will find the Cisco Internet Development Center, a first-of-its-kind informative and innovative area where businesses can find the resources they need to help them succeed in today's internet economy. Developed and hosted by the worldwide leader in networking for the internet, the Cisco Internet Development Center provides information and training, planning support, a technology showcase, interactive tools and a wealth of material that will empower you and your business.

The Resource Center, sponsored by the Bank of America, is a high tech business reference library providing the latest reference materials, videos and software for your use in research and developing your business plan and marketing materials.

The Entrepreneurial Development Institute is a state-of-the-art-briefing center sponsored by FSB Magazine. Here, you will be able to attend expert training programs and business forums and receive technology training on the current applications and techniques. IBM has provided computers for your use in both the Business Information Center and the training facility. And, thanks to the connectivity provided by UUNET Technologies, access to the web will be provided to you at the speed of lightning.
